Image Remapping Devices

Image remapping devices are structures of fused fibers that transform light or images from an input field of one size or geometry into an output field of another size or geometry. Such a device can be as simple as a converter from a large to a small field of the same shape in the same axis, or as complicated as a shape and location converter, with multiple input and output fields. Devices of this type are usually application-specific and custom in nature.
